All deadlines are expressed as 23:59 Taipei time (GMT+8).

General Information

  • Conference registration is not mandatory for abstract submission. Abstract submission is free of charge.

  • All abstracts must be submitted in English, the official language of the conference.

  • Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the conference website only.

  • Email, postal, or fax submissions will not be considered.

  • Accepted presenting authors must register for the conference by 3 March 2027 to confirm their place in the final program.

  • MSK Oncology

  • Trauma

  • Osteoporosis & Fragility Fracture

  • Upper Limb

  • Waves (Ladies Section)

  • Hand

  • Infection

 

Abstract Guidelines

  • Word Limit: 250 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).

  • Title Format: Sentence case, brief and self-explanatory.

  • Blinded Review: No identifying features such as names of authors, collaborators, hospitals, medical colleges, clinics, or places may be included in the title or text of the abstract.

  • Author Information: All author details and affiliations must be entered separately during online submission.

Additional Guidelines

  • Avoid abbreviations in the title.

  • A conflict of interest statement and declaration is mandatory.

  • Use generic names of drugs or active pharmacological content; commercial names must be avoided.

  • Limit the use of abbreviations and acronyms.

  • Abstracts will be reproduced as submitted. Authors are responsible for language, factual accuracy, and the avoidance of plagiarism.

Disqualification Criteria

Abstracts will be automatically rejected if they are:

  • Previously published studies

  • Papers previously presented at another conference

  • Plagiarized or doctored studies

  • Non-adherent to any of the submission guidelines

Presentation Information

  • The APOA 2027 Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any abstract, and to determine the final mode of presentation (oral / e-poster).

  • Presenters unable to attend may nominate a co-author to present in their place, provided the substitute presenter is registered for the conference.
